Frequently Asked Questions: How long will it take for my order? It depends on the product ordered. In general, for an order of a product in stock, the delivery time is standard: from 3 to 7 working days. For an order made in pre-order therefore "custom-made" the times will depend on the production, so count between 2 to 6 weeks. |

Is a refund possible? Yes, each case is different, but it is possible, on a defective product, to make a request for return and refund of the item. Of course, the garment or jewelry must be returned to us unwashed, unworn and with its label, or in its packaging. Once the defective product is found, we proceed to the refund. The materials of our jewelry are stainless steel, silver and copper: All materials have been chosen so that they do not rust and do not lose their shine. In addition to this, they have hypoallergenic properties. Why were these materials chosen? Because LAMANIAK doesn't want to worry about whether or not she can wear them in the shower, or at the beach, or during a boozy evening.
